At Wright Beamer, we welcome opportunities to share educational updates with the public. On Tuesday, September 19, the Farmington Community Library will host Lee Flaherty for an evening to discuss the key points of establishing a nonprofit organization. The presentation will cover the elements involved in setting up a successful nonprofit and review potential alternatives. Attendees will also be introduced to a tool intended to help evaluate whether they’re ready to start on this type of endeavor.
Lee has extensive experience in business and corporate law, including the creation and ongoing maintenance of both for-profit and nonprofit entities. In 2020, DBusiness Magazine named Lee among the Top Lawyers for Nonprofit & Charitable Organizations Law.
This event is free and open to the public. It will be available to attend in-person or via Zoom. Registration is required and can be completed on the library’s website.
