Heather Brenneman Miles began her law career with the firm in 2008. Her expertise includes business transactions, general corporate law, technology-related ventures, executive compensation planning, agribusiness matters, estate planning, the purchase and sale of real estate, and the purchase and sale of professional practices, including medical practices. Heather is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Indiana.

Heather earned her undergraduate degree from Taylor University in Indiana with a B.A. in English and Political Science. She graduated law school in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she served on the Editorial Board for the Ave Maria Law Review. During law school, Heather interned for Judge Paul V. Gadola of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Heather previously served as a Committee Chair for the Junior League of Ann Arbor.
