Her expertise covers a broad range of estate planning tools ranging from simple wills to complex trusts that avoid probate, protect vulnerable family members, minimize taxes, maximize charitable giving, and preserve cherished assets such as the family cottage.

Lee heads up the firm’s real estate practice as well, where her experience encompasses a wide variety of commercial and residential transactions, including landlord/tenant law.

She also has extensive experience in business and corporate law. In that arena, she focuses on the creation and ongoing support of both for-profit and non-profit enterprises.

Lee greatly enjoys speaking to groups on topics such as estate planning and administration, cottage succession planning, and the formation and governance of non-profit corporations.
