Class Is in Session

As a new school year is set to take off, many teachers – especially those new to the profession – face the challenge of pulling together enough supplies for a successful term. That’s why Farmington Public Schools has rolled out the “Adopt a Teacher” program. The initiative was originally developed to allow retiring educators an opportunity to donate the supplies they no longer need to the incoming teachers and staff. Other local community members and businesses have also been able to contribute necessities. Teachers then enjoy a day to “shop” what is available, alleviating some of the costs associated with setting up a new classroom.

Recognizing the importance of education to the successful future of our community and our country, Wright Beamer is contributing to this cause to show support for the students and educators in the greater Farmington community.
