After 15 years as a dance parent and more than a decade of legal representation of dance studios, Kathryn Spray realized that dance is a youth sport that still lacks clear regulation. The result is increased difficulty for dance studios and their clients in trying to navigate legal standards that may be applicable to their work.

Over the last year, Kathryn has developed an informational webinar series covering a multitude of pertinent legal topics just for dance studios. Each month will feature an informative and cost-effective legal discussion and live question and answer session. Topics for dance studio owners will range from taxation and collection matters to addressing liability risks and succession planning.
