Taking Time for Thanks

Every Wednesday of the last full week of April, we take time to recognize the immeasurable efforts of our administrative professionals. The observance was started during World War II when there was a severe shortage of skilled administrators. Today, “Administrative Professional’s Day” reflects the countless skills and responsibilities that these workers provide every day. While much of the work by administrative professionals operates behind the scenes, this day helps to remind us of the significant contribution that they bring to the workplace.

This year, most of us cannot be together to honor Administrative Professional’s Day next Wednesday. But the work of many of these employees continues. It is probably more important now that we make time to reach out and express gratitude. If you are fortunate enough to have administrative professionals who are helping to keep your business operating, don’t forget to say thank you next week. We could all use some personal connection and a little cheer.

In our firm, we strive every day to acknowledge the hard work of the administrative professionals who help us in providing the best service we can. We are better because of their support, and we look forward to being able to celebrate them when we can all be together again.
