Dan is an adaptable business professional whose broad skill set and hands-on approach to problem solving have made him a valued contributor across industries.
He launched his career with a major U.S. automotive manufacturer, advancing through roles in production, logistics, and supplier development while earning an M.B.A. and leading cross-functional improvement efforts. He later joined a global Tier 1 supplier headquartered in Japan, where he helped drive new business and negotiated complex supply contracts with leading OEMs.
Motivated by a growing interest in corporate law, Dan went on to earn his J.D. and ran a solo practice advising clients on commercial and regulatory matters. He soon returned to the automotive sector, combining legal counsel with business development and helping shape strategy for a high-growth division.
Most recently, Dan served as a senior account leader and legal advisor for the emissions business unit of a global powertrain technology company, managing multimillion-dollar programs and OEM relationships across North America, Europe, and Asia. He also provided legal guidance to a multinational equity holding firm, supporting business transactions and the growth of emerging enterprises.
Today, Dan brings that blend of legal and business experience to Wright Beamer, where he counsels clients on a wide range of corporate law matters. From forming new businesses and drafting shareholder agreements to negotiating major transactions and planning for succession, Dan works alongside clients to navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with business ownership. Whether guiding contracts, leases, or business relationships, he offers practical, experienced support every step of the way.
