As a member of our estate planning team, Ben works with individuals and families to build wills, trusts, and other planning tools tailored to their individual goals. He also guides clients through probate, making complex legal processes more understandable and manageable. Ben’s practical mindset, thorough preparation, and clear communication ensure that every client receives the personal attention their matter deserves.
Ben earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was a James Madison Scholarship recipient and graduated with Pro Bono Service with Highest Distinction. During law school, he gained practical experience in the civil litigation clinic, clerking in local law firms, and interning with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
An Arizona native, Ben studied American Studies at Hillsdale College before returning to Arizona for law school. He spent several years practicing in the Phoenix area before relocating to Michigan to build his practice at Wright Beamer.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys working on home projects and spending quality time with his wife, three young children, and the family dog.
