Every October, many of us recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month with pink articles of clothing and participation in meaningful events which contribute to the cause. Last week, Wright Beamer’s own Patrice Ladd took part in one such event. In conjunction with Wines for Humanity, Patrice held a wine tasting fundraiser for friends. Guests not only enjoyed tasting wines but were also able to learn about different wines from around the globe.

Proceeds from the evening benefited The Pink Fund. According to its website, the organization “provides 90-day non-medical cost-of-living expenses to breast cancer patients in active treatment for breast cancer, so they can focus on healing, raising their families, and returning to the workplace.” Wright Beamer is always proud of anyone on our team who looks to support worthy causes making a difference.
