On Thursday, June 25, the Xemplar Golf Classic will return to the course for another year of friendly competition, conversation, and community connection. While the day will center around golf, the event itself represents something broader—an ongoing effort to bring people together around service and local impact.
The outing is hosted by the Xemplar Club, a vibrant nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the community. Since becoming independent in 2010, the organization has supported local families, seniors, and at-risk youth through charitable programs, community events, and hands-on service. Its work shows up in many familiar ways across Farmington—organizing the annual Memorial Day Parade, distributing thousands of flags to children each year, and hosting gatherings that keep civic engagement active and personal.
The Signature Classic Golf Outing is one of those events, and it reflects a larger rhythm within the Club itself. Each week, members gather for lunch in downtown Farmington to hear from guest speakers, share ideas, and stay connected to local issues. The membership spans a wide range of backgrounds united by a shared commitment to service and community involvement.
That same mix of people gives the Signature Classic Golf Outing its character. It’s not just about the game or the scorecard. It’s about the space it creates for conversation—between shots, along fairways, and in the natural pauses that come with a day spent outdoors together. To learn more, visit xemplargolf.com.
