Last week, Lee Flaherty attended the 63^rd annual Probate & Estate Planning Institute. The two-day event was presented by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and cosponsored by the Probate & Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

The Probate & Estate Planning Institute convenes every year to review new and developing topics. This year’s seminar featured local practitioners and national speakers who covered topics from retirement asset complexities to trustee and personal representative duties with professional business entities.
