Earlier this month, Michigan Lawyers Weekly selected its “Go To Lawyers” for Business Litigation.

For four years, the publication has recognized top lawyers across a number of practice areas. Each list includes 25 Michigan attorneys chosen by their peers. Nominees are considered based on a variety of criteria such as expertise in their fields, experience and track record, creative thinking and problem solving, and a reputation as a “Go To” lawyer for a client referral when one is needed.

We are proud to share that Dirk Beamer has been included on this year’s “Go To Lawyers: Business Litigation” list. Historically rooted in business litigation and management-side employment law, Dirk continues to spearhead the firm’s efforts in those arenas. He has litigated in state and federal courts across the country with an emphasis on contractual disputes, employment and non-compete issues, and insurance agency litigation. He has previously been recognized as a top litigator by Super Lawyers, and he has been chosen as a Litigation Counsel of America Fellow.
