Hold the Stage

The Farmington Players are set to delight audiences with their upcoming production of "Exit Laughing," a heartwarming comedy by Paul Elliott. The play centers on three southern ladies from Birmingham—Connie, Leona, and Millie—who, after the unexpected passing of their friend and fourth bridge partner, decide to "borrow" her ashes from the funeral home for one final card game. This daring act leads to an unforgettable night featuring a police raid, a stripper, and a newfound appreciation for living life to the fullest.

Running from February 7 through February 22, "Exit Laughing" has been praised for its witty dialogue and charming characters, offering a feel-good experience that lingers long after the curtain falls.

Later this year, the Farmington Players will present "Sister Act" from April 25 through May 18, and the 2025 One Act Festival will take place June 27-29.
