Earlier this month, three of our attorneys did just that. Lee Flaherty, Heather Miles, and Emily Sullivan attended the 62^nd annual Probate & Estate Planning Institute. The two-day event was presented by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and cosponsored by the Probate & Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

The Probate & Estate Planning Institute convenes annually to review new and developing topics. This year’s seminar featured local practitioners and national speakers who covered topics from planning for cryptocurrency to assisting clients with diminished capacity.
