Opening Day!

There’s something special about a Saturday morning at the Farmington Farmers Market. And we’re excited that opening day is almost here!

This Saturday, May 3, the Market kicks off its 32nd season, and Wright Beamer is proud to be a sponsor again this year. The celebration starts with the Groves-Walker American Legion Post 346 color guard and a performance by the Farmington High School Marching Band. Mayor Joe LaRussa will welcome everyone, and Peter Provenzano, Chancellor of Oakland Community College, will share a few words about student and community success.

Then comes our favorite moment: Stephanie Willette from Two Tracks Acres, the market’s newest farmer, will ring the bell to officially open the season!

If you’ve been before, you know the market is more than just a place to pick up fresh produce. It’s a weekly tradition full of local vendors, handmade goods, delicious treats, and live music, all right in the heart of downtown Farmington.

Come see what makes this award-winning market such a beloved part of our community. Rain or shine, it's there every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sundquist Pavilion.

Bring a friend, grab a coffee, and enjoy the best of what our community has to offer. We hope to see you there!
