At Wright Beamer, we understand the value in sharing what we know with our clients and the community. Beginning next month, three of our attorneys will be doing just that.

The Farmington Community Library will partner with the Greater Farmington Area Chamber of Commerce to host a Small Business Series lunch and learn with local business leaders. Each week will feature topics for building and growing small businesses.

Lee Flaherty and Emily Sullivan kick things off with a discussion about starting a business, including choosing an entity type, and formation and maintenance requirements. The following week, Kathryn Spray reviews branding and trademark protections. Evan Chall follows with a review of employee handbooks and policies. Presentations for the last few weeks will cover business plans, expanding your business, and marketing.

These free sessions will take place every Tuesday starting February 21, with lunch sponsored by the Farmington Friends of the Library. Registration is required as space is limited. Visit the Farmington Community Library website to learn more and to register.
