In 2015, Evan Chall compiled a list of some of Michigan's most surprising (and archaic!) laws that are still "on the books," even if rarely enforced. The inventory of quirky regulations included everything from drunkenness on a train to buying and selling cars on a Sunday.
Evan's blog was recently rediscovered by a reporter at MLive while covering a story about MSU football players in East Lansing.
