Each spring, Hope Lutheran Church’s teen performing arts group, The Edge, presents an original musical production written by Dirk and Jessica Beamer. Like so many other events, last year’s show fell victim to the pandemic and had to be cancelled. Ever resilient, the Edge’s members, kids in grades 6-12, worked through months of masked and socially distanced rehearsals to bring this week’s production, The Sound of One Voice, to life. Inspired by the special hardships young people have endured this past year, the story follows seven students learning to trade loneliness for hope in the face of a pandemic at once global and deeply personal.

Consistent with Hope Lutheran Church’s safety protocols for in-person worship, attendees must register in advance and observe masking and social distancing guidelines during the performance.
