Things to Know (About Us!): Hannah Smith

As Hannah approaches her first anniversary with Wright Beamer, we’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the conviction and passion she brings to our litigation team.

Hannah represents clients in business and commercial disputes, including contract matters, and is continuing to grow her practice in labor, employment, and probate litigation. Whether advocating for a business owner or an individual navigating a difficult conflict, she approaches each case with preparation, focus, and a willingness to dig in.

Hannah is a strong advocate who is not afraid to take a firm position when it serves her client’s best interests. She prepares every matter with intention and strategy, ready to negotiate thoughtfully or litigate when necessary. That energy is balanced by practicality. Her goal is not simply to argue, but to advocate with purpose and direction while helping clients reach a resolution.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University’s James Madison College and her law degree from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Her background includes work with nonprofits, local and federal government, judicial clerkships, and early experience in legal aid.
